I love hashbrowns, and when I realised they sold these in stores to cook at home, I was eager to get started! Until I realised that the crispy golden cruch your expecting can go either way!! I've had them come out beautifully and was quite impressed with myself as if I made it all from scratch myself, but then I've had times where I've done everything the same, but it has come out too oily and I guess the word would be sloppy, definitely not crunchy! Im not sure if uts me, my oven or my pan, but I am determined to keep trying to find a way to get it right EVERYTIME!!Read Less
